Jiangsu Hengshen Co., Ltd founded in August 2007, covers an area of 1.07 million square meters and is located in Jiangsu Danyang Aviation Industrial Park. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the whole life cycle management of carbon fiber and its composites, integrating the design, R & D, production, sales and technical application services of carbon fiber, composites and structural parts. It is the only enterprise in China whose product portfolio covers raw silk, carbon fiber, sizing agent, fabric, liquid resin, adhesive, prepreg, carbon fiber composite parts and aviation composite structural parts.
The carbon fiber products produced by Jiangsu Hengshen Co., Ltd. belong to polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber. The carbon content of carbon fiber exceeds 90% and the performance is stable. Sizing agent is used for surface modification. It can be widely used in civil aviation, marine equipment, wind power, photovoltaic, hydrogen energy pressure vessel, rail transit, automobile, building reinforcement, sports and leisure products and other fields.
At present, Jiangsu Hengshen Co., Ltd. has five single line thousand ton carbon fiber production lines, with an annual output of 5000 tons of various types of carbon fiber. Product models include high-strength carbon fibers, such as hf20 series (T300), hf30 series (T700), hf40 series (T800), hf50 series (T1000) and high-strength and high modulus HM series. Product specifications include 1K, 3k, 6K, 12K, 24K and 50K.
